When submitting Helpdesk tickets, please include as much information as you can. Context matters!
- What are you trying to accomplish?
- What have you already tried to do?
- What error messages are you receiving (screenshots!)?
- What you would like us to do?
Specifically regarding Yardi tickets, it is also critical to have:
- Username
- Menu path / what were you doing before you started experiencing issues? how did you get there?
Providing this information upfront will reduce the amount of time it takes to troubleshoot your ticket. Thank you!
